Notes: The main menus can be accessed using keyboard navigation, but you can't seem to navigate the Select Vehicle menu using the keyboard. Instead, you can open the select vehicle menu, but then the keyboard navigation just tabs between the options on the main menu, and ignores the Select Vehicle menu completely. Please see diagrams.
If moving keyboard focus away from a component requires more than arrow or tab keys, is this clearly indicated on the page?

Notes: The keyboard focus is very hard to determine. You can tab through the browser controls, but once you get to the actual page content, you can't see where your focus is. All you can see is the link at the bottom of the page as it changes, but nothing on the actual page to suggest where the focus is (see focus file).
