Notes: There are instances where the visible keyboard focus indicator disappears and reappears for no apparent reason. The only way a user could know where the focus is would be if the if a user was also using a screen reader (as a screen reader would announce links) and/or they could see a long and undecipherable url appear at the bottom of the screen.

For example, none of the links for the 50 journal titles (as well as the 'about' and 'my favorites' link) listed had a visible focus indicator, see attached.
Does all interactive functionality work via keyboard, and does it behave consistently and as expected?
