I left out the email address on purpose since this is a required field. There is an alert message that pops up if you forget to fill out the email address.

I just typed test in that field and all the fields. It still sent the form off without telling me there was a mistake in the email field.
Is the user able to easily access the user input field to correct the error?	Never	This is a bit problematic since it sends the form off anyway and the user doesn't realize they made a mistake.
Is the user able to resubmit the form and re-validate their submission?	Sometimes	I put sometimes because you can always send off a new form but you won't know to do that if there is no indication a mistake has been made.
Do error reports follow a logical reading and navigation order?	Always	Yes, but the only error report I got was when I didn't put an email address
